Alan Watkins - Empowerment
Alan is an international expert in health and performance.
He has researched and lectured on performance, emotions and health for over 18 years and is currently an Honorary Senior Lecturer in Neuroscience and Psychological Medicine at Imperial College, London. He has published a wide variety of scientific papers and has written a book on Mind Body Medicine and has two more books in preparation.
He has worked all over the world training and coaching many Main Board members and Senior Executives in a number of the world's most prestigious companies. In addition to Senior Leaders he has taught thousands of people how to implement a range of performance skills to improve the quality of their life.
He is also the Chairman of an autism charity that delivers behavioural training to infants and school children. He is married with four boys and lives in the UK.
